  Greg Schiano has been at Rutgers for a combined 17 years. It's the perfect marriage between Schiano and Rutgers because both of them didn't do that great without each other. Last year the Scarlet Knights got to a bowl game.   Mike Locksley, known for his DC connections, took over the Maryland job in 2019. He led the Terrapins to 3 straight bowl games 2021-2023.
